Imouchan... Could you explain Mary-Sues/Gary-Stus to Dann please? You're betterer at it. ^^; Mary-Sue is a chick Gary-Stu is a guy I'm good at that part. A perfect girl is seen as a Mary-Sue for example... And Imouchan you takeit from here.

LOL
Mary-Sue first came from a fanfic... can't remember what, but she was around 15 and given an adult's job. She was beautiful, and flaw-free. She could accomplish anything she tried and had many people (mostly males) fighting for her love. The term since then has gone to include any flawless characters (like Yasmin) with special powers (Yasmin again), hybrids (as in mix of fae/vamp/werewolf/etc) that don't have any of the weaknesses of either species. Mary-Sue usually has a horrible past, but everyone still loves her despite it - whether she murdered a family, stole, lived on the streets, was raped, abused, etc. Mary-Sue has special powers and always saves the day/gets kidnapped by the bad guy/reforms the bad guy to good/etc. She comes up with solutions to problems the other characters could have come up with without her there.
Gary-Stu is basically the male equival(is it e or a)nt. They are usually the strong/silent type. (Think Heero Yuy from Gundam Wing). But, that's only usually... Mary-Sue does seem to cover all of it.
Does that clear some of it up?

Or you could just read all of Matt's RP posts... Then you would know EXACTLY what a Gary-Stu is.

Should I make characters? Just realised I'd only ever posted once before tonight.
