I do have a point i know. i have run forums in the past and do now. A good thing is to award people who either post or recruit a lot. but im not sure how you would do that.

Yeah, well my site offered discounts for online parts ( twas an rc car site ).
You could award them with an avatar that says they are the top poster, and take it away and reaward it once a week or something. iano but not anything worth anything like i have done, just a bragging rights / title thing that is goven and taken only by admin.

As a standard non mod or admin you cannot, it is the post graded system, ie one star and kuwabaka for me. but YOU can change it to poster of the week etc.
