Think to avatar: the last air bender, just that we are using mages. ^^;
Character: Steven, 21, Green Black Hair, Brown Eyes, Short, Glasses, Earth Mage.
~ ~ ~ ~
"Can you feel that? It is the earth." Steven questioned, and stated the feeling that all mages felt as they were connected to their element.
"Just let the magick flow."

OOC: GOD I love that show.
Character: Soriah, 16, blood red hair with an ice blue streak in it gained in an accident with an Ice Mage, sun-tanned skin, eyes that litterally have a fire burning inside them and so look ember, has a temper as hot as her element and short as her pinky nail, Fire Mage.
~*~*~
Soriah marched heatedly through the forest, her destination set like stone in her mind and her objection clearer. The grass around her feet shrivelled and turned to ash each time the earth collided with her bare feet. Her hair flew in whisps about her face as it defied gravity with her anger and rage. Flames flickered about her fingers and licked up her arms as small shrubberies began to combust.

(OOC: I wondered when Avatar would turn up... Heh, Zuko rocks.)
Character: Bryan Harena. 10. Light brown hair and blue eyes. Small tan. Average height for a ten year old. Water Mage... Okay, so he isn't one yet... he's only learning the simplest stuff. (OOC: You never said if there was a limit on the ages.)
~*~
Bryan stared down at the bowl of water. It wasn't moving. He didn't see why his teacher had told him to sit here with it. It wasn't that interesting. Sighing as woefully as a ten year old could manage - he still sat there.

(OOC: Noice. I like the range we already have going. With a Water, Earth and Fire Mage and then a 21, 16 and 10 year old. Nice. Me likey.)
She could hear her twin's words inside her head. ~"He says that you're just not his type. He prefers Air Mages."~ "Air Mages?!" A tree beside her exploded. Ah the joys of the teenaged relationship. The love, the passion, the- exploding of a forest.

Even with the four guilds, it was impossible to control life. Life is the existence of all four combined; though, not always in equal parts.
'Steven, you slept!' - his students were loud.
'Uh! Oh.. Sorry...' Steven had being thinking about the lessons that he once learned. He had once wondered why life was so easy to destroy and yet it is impossible to control. 'Lets move some boulders!' the reply was too load for words.
...
It was late, and soon it'll rain. Steven waved goodbye to the 5 yrs olds. They have already met the requirements for training and soon will be taught by the others. It was everyones role to help the young control their power - you don't want a kid causing earthquakes.
No more teaching for a while, I guess... I wonder what fatherhood would be like?

Running now, Soriah left burning trail of forest behind her as she advanced, finally, upon the house of her now ex-lover, an Earth Mage.
Stopping a few good meters from his door she stretched her hands out and brought flames up upon the abode. The flames came from the ground and worked their way up around the roof. The small break in the flames covered thedoor, so her victim could escape his burning doom. She was at least that generous.
After a brief moment of watching the fire rise, the front door opened and Zabe came running through it. "Soriah?" Her glare must have told him everything, for he quickly tried to explain himself. "I love you, I honestly do. But we just arent working ou- AH!" A shot of fire was sent in his direction. "Okay, no? Look, gorgeous, it's not you it's m- SH-!" Another, this one aiming for his head. "Okay. Fine! I admit it. I'm breaking up with you because I slept with Riah. Okay? There now you've heard the-FUCK!" Falling on his butt to dodge a flaming rocket dirrected towards his crotch was something he hadn't expected.

"This is so boring." Bryan leant back and stared up at the ceiling, his room was tiny; probably because he was tiny himself. He was one of the few children that had wanted to learn - had being the key word. He hadn't really noticed how much concentration was put into it and with the attention-span of a ten year old his mind wandered very easily.
"Bry! You wanna come play?" Bryan lifted his head and saw white. "Bryan!" The person repeated their question and Bryan sat up in order to see who was talking to him. Haryon. It was his fault that Bryan was still learning focus. He had always distracted him.
"Ryon, I've gotta do this." Bryan tried vainly to get his friend to leave him alone. But as Haryon started whining Bryan just held out his hand, getting some help up Bryan looked down at the bowl of water once more. With a shrug he walked over to the other side of the room; dragging his friend with him.
"What are you gonna play?" Haryon asked, jumping on the spot. Bryan laughed before fake-tackling his friend to the ground with a small yell of 'No jumping!'.
Of course, neither of them noticed the small trail of water, rising from the bowl, twisting and turning...

Zabe screamed, his voice raising many octives to an almost childly squeal, as he ran from the raging fire behind him. He should have stopped trying to calm her down while he was ahead.
"Jerk!" Another fireball soared forward. "User!... Deviate!..." The list went on getting slowly worse as she surged forward upon her crying ex.
Many people in the villiage were walking to their front doors in wonder and curiosity. Some truned and ran back inside, but others continued to spectate.

The boulder just flew, down the path and it hit the girl.
'Why didn't you help!?' His question directed to the people.
'He didn't want her dead.'
'Too Bad! He is not the only one that lives there.. Remember!?'
Steven dropped the conversation and moved over to the hut. He waved his hand and suffocated all the flames with dirt. As he peered to the unconsciouses girl, he demanded that spectators move in and search for the others, and care for Zabe. He'll be healed by the elders.
'Far from home, Fire mage', and then gave the blow that'll keep her out for the longest. Not a death, she'll live.
........................
Everything returns to the earth. Even Air Mages return......Everything does.

She remembered watching Zabe running and screaming, but then it all went black from there....
She peered through the window at the houses around her village... Burning. The thick, black smoke wafted through the air like a dark cloud of death, and with it came the smell of thousands of dead or dying. Her eyes watered as she saw one of them, THEM, the Fire Mages, walking down the path in persuit of a little girl. Her age would be no more then 4 at the most, but she was crawling almost just to get away on her broken leg. The Fire Mage showed no mercy as he sent the little girl spiralling through the air to land near Soriah's front door in a smouldering heap.
A light scream escaped her lips and she ducked... Had he seen her? The footsteps were drawing nearer... But perhaps he hadn't noticed her. Her eyes clamped shut and her hands clasped over her ears as she done her best to hug her knees. The noise of the door being kicked in caused the young Soriah to jolt. Looking up she met the face of the devil himself. And yet, looking up she saw into the eyes of God...
She stirred a little as her flashback came to an end. Those eyes... Those cold, pearcing eyes... A memory that forever haunted her, and yet, the very moment that gave her a new life.

Haryon laughed as his friend sat next to him on the ground; their backs facing the bowl. Bryan leant back his arms out behind him to balance as he looked up at the ceiling. They both were silent for a moment until Haryon heard someone call. "Bry... mum's calling. Come on, get up." Haryon always got mature once his mother called him. It was something about the family name. Bryan couldn't see why, a name was a name. "I know, we can do what mum does everytime her friend leaves!" "What's that?" Bryan asked confused. Haryon stood, holding out a hand for his friend who took it. Pulling his friend up he tried to explain - realising it would be easier to show his friend. "It's... like this..." The water splattered. (OOC: No, they don't snog. They just kiss... one of those lil kid ones. Yeah, see, nothing weird I find it adorable... I'd wanted to set the two up since I introduced Haryon. Too bad he gets killed off, ne?)

(OOC: I'm not sure if this is right... If it's not then, feh.)
Joe Parker smiled as he watched a group of kids run past, possibly playing a game of some sort. Joe took a long sip of coffee, cherishing the feeling of the caffeine filled drink entered his system.
Joe Parker, 23, medium height, dark brown hair, light blue eyes with goldish-brown flecks. He stood up after finishing drinking the remaining drops dark brown liquid, and left the cup on the table of the diner... thing.
Walking outside, he sighed as he felt the wind blow through as a calm breeze. It was always refreshing to feel it whistle past.
Well, he was, after all, an air mage.
